By accessing or using the website located at insulationdanville.com or by engaging Custom Danville Insulation for any insulation contracting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website or engage our services.
Custom Danville Insulation is a local insulation contractor based in Danville, IL. We provide residential and commercial insulation services including, but not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, basement insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related services in east-central Illinois and western Indiana.
Our website provides information about our services and allows prospective customers to submit estimate requests. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or website feature at any time without notice.
Estimates provided by Custom Danville Insulation - whether in person, by phone, or by email - are based on information available at the time of assessment. An estimate is not a binding contract. Final pricing is determined by the scope of work confirmed in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties before work begins.
Pricing may change if conditions discovered during the project differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate visit. If additional work is required beyond the original scope, we will communicate the change and obtain your approval before proceeding.
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Scheduled appointments - including estimate visits and installation dates - are confirmed by phone or email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
We request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a rescheduling fee, which will be communicated to you in advance.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, crew availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you promptly and work to find a convenient replacement time.
Payment terms are specified in your written contract or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit or debit cards.
A deposit may be required for larger projects. The deposit amount and schedule will be stated in your written proposal before work begins.
Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. If collection action is required, you may be responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Custom Danville Insulation stands behind its work. We provide a workmanship warranty on completed installations as specified in your written contract. This warranty covers defects in installation caused by our crew, and does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, acts of nature, third-party modifications, or pre-existing conditions not identified during the initial assessment.
Manufacturer warranties on insulation materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer. We will provide you with relevant manufacturer warranty documentation upon request.
Except as expressly stated in a written contract with Custom Danville Insulation, all services and website content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the information on our website is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Website content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Danville Insulationshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability - contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
By scheduling a service appointment, you represent that you have the legal right to authorize work at the property and grant our crew reasonable access to the areas necessary to complete the job.
Certain insulation materials - particularly spray foam - require occupants and pets to vacate the treated area for a period after installation. Your contractor will provide specific re-entry instructions before work begins. Failure to follow re-entry guidelines releases Custom Danville Insulation from liability for any adverse effects resulting from premature re-entry.

If you have a concern about a service we performed, please contact us directly at team@insulationdanville.com or (217) 444-0284. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly.
If direct resolution is not possible, any dispute arising out of these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall take place in Danville, IL. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Vermilion County, Illinois.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
